I’m Rachel, a Registered Dietitian (RD) passionate about discrediting diet culture, advocating for body positivity, encouraging Intuitive Eating (IE), promoting Health at Every Size (HAES), and sharing nutrition in a simple way. On my site, you will see posts revolving around these topics and more.
The goal of Thoughtful Nutrition is to empower individuals to be confident in health choices by teaching non-diet approaches to health in a thoughtful way.
Within Thoughtful Nutrition, I run a fun anti-diet themed shop full of handmade items. My store aims to fight diet culture, advocate for body positivity, promote Intuitive Eating and HAES, and share nutrition in a fun, fresh way.
